MBT-2010

Over the years that Zentry existed, there were other band members that came and went. Our favorite "lost" Zentry member is Tom Gross who is now an opera singer and lumberjack somewhere north of the North Pole.

The band is looking forward to playing once again and will give you a great set of 80's favorites.

Towards the end of 1984, Scott and Jim drew the ire of the rest of us by succumbing to pressure of another band and Kent had already left as he was attending college in another city. To take advantage of a busy spring season, we retooled Zentry with Bob White on guitar (also a Lost Weekend alum) and Dale Luedke on bass. Zentry played it's last gig with the original band in early 1985 and eventually broke up in the summer of that same year.

Since 1985, we've all kept our fingers in performing to some degree. Kim currently plays with Minot favorite, Reckless Jefferson; Dean and Jim still play occassionally with Lost Weekend Alum, Dave Nahan in Minneapolis-based Jumpsuit Johnny (anyone who's had their equipment worked on at Northwest Music will understand the name); and Shelly and Scott both also live in the Minneapolis area and have also taken advantage of some performance opportunities as well.
